Minimum of $1,000 Food Revenue Required.
Prices are based on 2 hours of food service ($8pp each additional hour).
Standard 20% service charge and state tax apply to per person price.
Required deposit of 50% down at signing of contract (non-refundable).
- Bistro Society Food Truck requires the final attendance three days in advance of your event. Client agrees to pay for the number of attendees listed on the invoice. No adjustments will be made for guests accounted for in the final head count that do not attend.
- Standard truck transportation fee applies to all events within a 10-mile radius of Salad Society. Additional fees apply for events past 10 miles.
Truck Transportation Fees:- $175.00 (0-10 miles)
- $225.00 (11-25 miles)
- $350.00 (over 25 miles)
- Client understands and guarantees a private parking area (if permits are required that is the client's responsibility).
- Client must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. If for any reason, Bistro Society Food Truck is unable to park at the event, all monies for that event (in full), will be retained by Bistro Society Food Truck.
- Final payment of the remainder balance is due immediately at the conclusion of the event. Bistro Society Food Truck accepts all major credit cards and cash only.
